Product Information: Pantone color matching is available for orders over 5000 pieces, for orders under 5000 pieces Creative Plush will match your color request as closely as possible with our in stock fabric colors. Standard fabric is velboa and we have over 40 in stock fabric colors to choose from. Fabrics like velour, felt, chenille, super soft velboa, and fleece are available in limited colors for orders under 5000 pieces upon request. All items are constructed according to EN-71 safety standards; if additional testing is required this will be performed by an outside facility of the client's choice, at the clients expense.

Turn around time: 7-10 days for email prototype, 3-4 weeks for the run plus ship time (this may vary).

Imprint areas: We have the ability to embroider as well as screen print artwork and logos. The type of fabric determines which option is available for your order. Imprint size varies due to the custom nature of the products and artwork will be sized at no charge by our art department.

Prototypes: Prototypes take approximately 7-10 business days to create which can vary due to the complexity of the piece. Prototypes will be created free via email with an order, if the prototype needs to be sent, the fee is $100. If there is no order, the fee to create a prototype via email is $50, if the prototype needs to be sent the fee is $100 (for a total of $150). If an order of 1000 pieces or more is placed within 6 weeks of receiving the prototype or prototype pictures, $50 will be credited towards your order.

Samples & Electronic Proofs: Random sample packages are available at no charge, a UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL account number must be provided at the time of the request in order to ship the samples ground. Additional sample packages are available for $5.00 each. Sample packages include one standard bear, one custom plush, one key chain bear and a catalog. Samples of golf club covers, magnets, and clips are not always available and the charge for these samples is $7.00 per set plus shipping. Electronic proofs are available for 3" key chain bears & 6" and 8" standard bears only.

Shipping: Unless otherwise requested, individual quotes include shipping directly from the factory in Shenzen, China to the specified location in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is available at an extra charge. Air shipping is via Fed Ex or UPS and takes approximately 3-4 business days to arrive after the completion of the run. Ocean freight with a truck to the specified location is available for items 6" and larger for quantities of 2000 or more and items under 6" for quantities of 5000 or more. Ocean freight can take 4-6 weeks to arrive after the completion of run which may vary due to inclement weather or customs. Orders may ship directly to our Buffalo, NY warehouse for drop shipping.

Artwork Requirements: Our platform is PC and the preferred artwork formats are Corel CDR or Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS. If these formats are not available, PDF, JPG, TIF and GIF files can be accepted as well. Our art department will spend 1 free hour converting these files to vector artwork. In the event the file cannot be converted within the hour the client will be notified for pricing before continuing the conversion. All artwork should be emailed to Artwork@CreativePlush.com.

Returns & Credits: We always do everything possible to make sure your order will exceed your expectations! In the unlikely event there is a factory error, we will correct the problem right away. Creative Plush must be notified in writing if any part of a shipment is damaged or defective within 5 business days of receiving the shipment. If notification is not received by Creative Plush within 5 business days, a claim denial may result. A credit or re-run of defective parts will be issued at the time of claim to be decided at the discretion of Creative Plush, no returns will be accepted at any time.

Payment: Payment terms are 50% down to begin your order and the balance will be due Net 30 from the ship date upon credit approval (regardless of shipping method). Since orders are custom and shipping from overseas the 50% down payment cannot be waived. Payment methods are Company Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
